Ronseal Presents The Great Garden Revolution Competition

By entering this promotion (“Promotion”) you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

1. The Promotion is run by Sherwin-Williams UK Limited, Units 2-3, Avenue One, Station Lane, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4XR trading as Ronseal (“Promoter”) and is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the Promotion.

To enter the Promotion: You must enter your contact details (name, email address and at your option your contact number) on the Ronseal Website https://www.ronseal.com/the-great-garden-revolution/ (“Entry”) between 12:00am on 1 May 2021 and 12:00am on 29 May 2021 (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period there will be four individual prize draws:

• three (3) weekly draws (“Weekly Prize Draw”); and
• one (1) grand prize draw (“Grand Prize Draw”)

together the (“Prize Draws”).

Entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be entered into the relevant Weekly Prize Draw and all entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

2. The closing dates for the Prize Draws are as follows (“Closing Dates”):

a) Prize Draw One – 7^th May 2021 – for all entries received between 12:00am on 01/05/21 and 11pm on 7/05/2021

b) Prize Draw Two – 14^th May 2021 – for all entries received between 11:01pm on 07/05/21 and 11pm on 14/05/2021

c) Prize Draw Three – 21^st May 2021 - for all entries received between 11:01pm on 15/05/21 and 11pm on 21/05/2021

d) Grand Prize Draw – 2^nd June 2021 - for all entries received between 12:00am on 01/05/21 and 11pm on 29/05/2021

3. The prizes – The prizes are as follows

- Prize Draw One – One (1) Lay-Z Spa Cancun Inflatable Hot Tub

- Prize Draw Two – One (1) Ooni Fyra Pizza Oven and One (1) Bose Revolve Portable Bluetooth Speaker

- Prize Draw Three - One (1) Weber Spirit E-310 Gas BBQ

- Grand Prize – One (1) Lay-Z Spa Cancun Inflatable Hot Tub, One (1) Ooni Fyra Pizza Oven, One (1) Bose Revolve Portable Bluetooth Speaker and One (1) Weber Spirit E-310 Gas BBQ

The Prizes will be provided by the Prize Partner (as defined in clause 5 below). The Prizes are non-negotiable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winners details will be shared with Prizeshark Limited who are the Promoter’s prize fulfilment partners (“Prize Partner”). By entering the Promotion you are confirming that you consent to the Promoter sharing your details with the Prize Partner in order to administer the Promotion.
5. The winners will be drawn at random using an online random number generator from all entries received by the relevant Closing Date. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winners will be notified by email from the Promoter within seven (7) days of the relevant Closing Date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 24 hours of the notification.
7. The winner’s details (surname and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Ronseal Big DIY Challenge Competition, 220 Wharfedale Road, Winnersh, Wokingham, RG41 5TP within ten weeks of the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
8. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, their marketing agency and for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules. The Promoter will only process the personal data in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found here: http://privacy.sherwin-williams.com/privacy-highlights.
9. This Promotion is being run by the Promoter and is not administered by Channel 4. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Channel 4. Entrants release Channel 4 for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.
10. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnified") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnified arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
11. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence).
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without warning.
13. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

 The Promoter will collect the following data:

• Personal Identification information (Name, email address, phone number)

How do we collect and use your personal data? 

We only use data relating to your Entry which you have provided to us for our marketing and promotional purposes which you have given your consent to do so.

We may also use some of the data we hold on you in relation to your Entry to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, in particular:

• to contact you regarding having your Entry used in a marketing campaign of the Promoter;
• storing the data on a database alongside your Entry for future use in marketing campaigns by the Promoter; and
