What is condensation?

Condensation is caused by warm air on a cold surface. It can lead to damp on your walls and ceilings.

What is penetrating damp?

Penetrating damp patches will appear across your wall and may get darker when it rains. It can happen because of leaky guttering. Water can find its way into your home, but don't worry, you can stop it by fixing the problem.

What is rising damp?

Finally, there's rising damp. The watermark rises from the bottom of your wall. It can make your paint crack and peel.
