How much Primer & Undercoat do I need?
Measure your area precisely, drop the numbers into this smart calculator and it will tell you straight away how many litres you'll need to complete your project.

How do the colours look?
Use on...
Make sure the room is above 10°c. Put down dust sheets to protect anything you don't want to get paint on.
Prep - Bare Wood: Give the wood a quick sand. This will give it an even finish and help the paint to stick. Remember to wear a face mask. When the dust has settled give the area a quick vacuum and wipe down with white spirit. Fill any holes or cracks with our Multi-Purpose Filler. Leave to dry before painting over.
Prep – Previously Painted Wood: If your paint is in good condition, give it a good sand to get an even finish and help your paint to stick.
If your paint is flaking, cracked or peeling you'll need to sand it back to bare wood. The easiest way to do this is with an electric sander. It creates a lot of dust so make sure you're wearing a face mask.
When the dust has settled give the area a quick vacuum and wipe with white spirit. Fill any holes with our Multi-Purpose Filler.
Give the tin a really good stir, then paint on in the direction of the woodgrain. After 2 hours it should be dry and ready to paint over.
This product it just a primer and should be painted on quickly after it’s dried.
Cleaning
